I recently experienced a frustrating stay. The room was pleasant, but communication regarding my deposit refund was non-existent. Despite complying with payment procedures, I have yet to receive my $100 deposit back, leading to significant dissatisfaction. Future guests should be cautious about their payment dealings.

Staying at Ridge Sierra was a good experience! The apartment exuded comfort with its cozy ambiance and fine views. Although the mattresses were firm and the hot water temperature required caution, these were minor compared to the overall cleanliness and wonderful amenities offered. I appreciated the convenience of a washer/dryer and the comfortable furnishings. I’ll certainly return!

The views from the condo were absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise—you can’t beat that morning glow over the mountains! The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up a hearty breakfast. A cozy fireplace that made our evenings super chill. Kudos to the comfy couch and the spacious setup overall!
That heating system was a bit of a puzzle, fluctuating too hot and too cold every night, which made it feel like an extreme sport to find comfort. Oh, and the hot tub could use some TLC—it wasn’t quite working as it should.

The Ridge Sierra was a fantastic stay for my family! We really enjoyed the well-kept, clean unit that had all the kitchen essentials. The best part was the cozy ambiance, especially from the easy-to-use fireplace. The stunning view of the sunrise from our balcony was a breathtaking start to each morning.
Somewhat noisy heating system.

The Two Bedroom Standard Queen Condo offers a cozy ambiance with a fully stocked kitchen, making meals easy to whip up after a day of adventures. The rooftop hot tub boasts stunning views of the valley, perfect for unwinding under the stars.
Navigating the four flights of stairs to haul luggage was a bit of a workout, and the Wi-Fi connection was spotty at times, which made it tricky to catch up on some work. The hot water temperature fluctuated unexpectedly. it went from lukewarm to scalding in a flash, so had to be careful during showers. Also, the initial check-in process using a device felt a bit impersonal and could be confusing for newcomers.

Family with children should check it out
We had this cozy setup that worked perfectly for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and having a washer/dryer in the unit was lifesaver, we didn’t have to haul dirty clothes back!
It wasn’t cheap, but it was still acceptable.

We had a wonderful stay in the cozy two-bedroom condo. The kids loved the multiple TVs and we enjoyed the easy access to skiing nearby. The kitchen was well equipped for family meals, and the washer/dryer was a lifesaver for us.
My kids wished for more charging outlets for their devices.

I stayed in a Two Bedroom Standard Twin Condo and it was well-kept and super clean. The beds were comfy and I loved the fireplace for a cozy vibe. Kitchen had tons of stuff like a blender and pots big enough for a family meal. Really appreciated having a washer/dryer in the unit, too! The two balconies offered amazing views, especially at sunrise. The hot water had great pressure, which was nice. Only downside? That heating system was a bit noisy.

Had an awesome time with friends! The unit was fully stocked, making it perfect for our group vacation. We loved heading to the nearby ski runs and exploring The Gondola at Heavenly. The hot tub was a great way to unwind after a day of snowboarding.
One downside was the lack of staff on-site when issues arose. We had to troubleshoot some things ourselves, which was a bit frustrating.
